SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped with tracking. 

  • Delivery Issues: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Shipping and Billing must match. 

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and shipping materials.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Cancellations:

  • All cancellations are subjected to restocking fee of 10%, if cancellation request was placed after a shipping label has been created.

  • No restocking fee if cancel request was placed before shipping label has been created.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if the product has been already shipped.
