Lost And Damaged Items

Lost and Damaged Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and file a claim if necessary. Replacements for lost items will be issued, if we are unable to replace lost items for any reason, we will refund the order amount.

  • Imperfections may occur in sealed product packaging during transit, they often arrive from Pokémon’s own distributors or printers with packaging imperfections from factory handling or tight shrink-wrapping. Because of that, replacements are only provided if the actual contents (cards or packs) are damaged or opened.

  • If you are seeking items for a sealed collection please reach out before ordering.
