REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, replacement or refund:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the product and shipping materials.

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

  4. All cancellations are subjected to restocking fee of 10%, This will be waived if we are at fault.
